Traditional flat tops require specific ventilation systems to exhaust grease laden air out of your building. This can be a costly installation if your space is not already equipped with ventilation. VentaGrill has its own built in hood system, perfect for any space that cannot install, or prefers not to install, a dedicated building exhaust hood system.
The VentaGrill is equipped with a self-contained UL Listed Type I Hood design. This includes a four-stage filtration process, forcing grease laden air through a stainless steel baffle filter, a fire-rated pre-filter, a High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter, and finally through a High-Carbon-Charcoal filter to catch even the smallest of particulates. This advanced hood system surpasses the EPA-202 Test for clean air standards.
You can cook anything on the VentaGrill that you can cook on any other traditional griddle system. From bacon and eggs to burgers and steaks, and everything in between, the VentaGrill is a highly versatile cooking unit.
Yes! The VentaGrill is equipped with its own built-in ANSUL® R-102 Fire Suppression System. Additionally, VentaGrill will not heat up if its filters are not in place, ensuring you are always getting proper ventilation in your kitchen space. VentaGrill’s smart filter system will also monitor airflow through its ventilation system optimizing performance and notify the operator when filter replacement will soon be necessary.
The VentaGrill’s internal ventilation system does require filters to be changed periodically. To help operators stay on top of filter changes, VentaGrill’s smart filter system will monitor airflow through its ventilation system optimizing performance and notify the operator when filter replacement will soon be necessary. The hood and ANSUL system must be inspected and serviced every six months by an authorized ANSUL distributor.
